I’m a renter. Torsion spring snapped on the garage door. Property manager was able to file a home warranty claim day of. Ryan was contacted and was able to make repairs same day. He called me and notified me he was coming. Got the spring replaced in 30 minutes. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service! I called Nor Cal at 12:40pm to see if they could look at my garage door. Something had broke in the door frame and the door was struggling and making noises. They said someone could come out that same afternoon. Within an hour, Ryan was here, assessed the situation quickly and had it repaired and braced in no time. Ryan also made several adjustments to the spring, bolts and cable that had, over time, got out of alignment. He recommended a service call every two years to keep it adjusted properly and running tip top. From phone call to finish less than two hours. And Ryan was very pleasant and I could tell enjoyed his job. Can't ask for more. Thank you again!

Ryan with NorCal garage doors was great he was on time very polite and got what I thought was a busted up garage door beyond repair back in excellent working order in a timely manner . Very polite and informative. He definitely went above and beyond and if I ever need help with the garage agian I will be reaching out to NorCal garage door. Would highly recommend.
