We had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience with Torrez Flooring the entire time!! From the moment I reached out to him, Carmelo was communicative, clear, respectful, supportive, flexible, and very friendly! We called him on Saturday March 21st and he was ready to come for the quote that day but we scheduled him for a free quote Tuesday March 24th. His quoted price was UNBEATABLE and we had 4 total flooring quotes from different flooring companies! Not only that, him and his workers started pulling out the carpet and FINISHED the floors in ONE DAY on Friday March 27th and were completely finished (with baseboards and a repair of some preexisting kitchen floor damage) by Saturday March 28th!! I’ve never heard of any company doing floors so quickly! So glad we went with him because not only did he get this job done with the most speed, but also with the utmost care and attention to detail! Quick to respond and with reasonable quote. Very pleased with the carpet installation. Carmelo the owner was courteous, friendly, professional and very accommodating. He even picked up the carpet and padding for us that I purchased from Home Depot and was able to start working on the project right away.
