I highly recommend Dave Greenetz Construction. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for us and we were highly impressed with everyone we worked with. The guys on Dave's team are top notch and the subcontractors he uses are equally skilled. Caleb was our project manager and he kept us afloat of timelines and schedules. They are patient and work hard to make sure their clients are 100% happy with each and every detail. Jeff is a fabulous carpenter - the shelves he built in our closet are beautiful. We had planned on only doing them on one side, but after seeting his outstanding work, we asked to do both sides and are so glad we did. If we had an issue, they immediately took care of it. We were impressed by each and every step of this project. They are meticulous from start to finish and because of this we now have a bathroom we absolutely love. I really can't recommend Dave Greenetz Construction enough!

Our recent home remodeling jobs were done superbly by Dave Greenetz Construction. We are especially grateful to Dave for helping us plan what would work best to fulfill our vision for the upgrades. He was very patient with our multiple changes during the planning phase and he submitted formal plans for better visualization. He referred us to his vendors to better answer some of our questions and they were also very helpful. He made multiple visits and communicated well with texts and emails before submitting his final bid. All of his highly skilled workers were timely, polite, and responsive to our requests. They kept the worksite clean after each day and were considerate of our privacy and use of our home during construction.

Dave and his team recently completed a pretty large remodel that included our kitchen, family room, bathroom, laundry room and more. Despite the large scope of the project there were no surprises of any consequence and the team finished the project on budget and within the time constraints we were under. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism, quality, and timeliness of Dave's team. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome and highly recommend Dave and his team!
