Disastrous quality and deceptive process. I paid over $9,100 for 6 custom Alder panels. I specifically requested photos before pickup to confirm the quality, but they failed to fully provide them—leading my driver into a 6-hour wasted round trip for defective material. Terrible job: Open glue joints: Structural gaps in the seams (see photos). Severe lippage: Boards are completely uneven and not flush. Failed Services: Paid a $200 premium for "Radio Frequency Glueing" and color sorting that clearly wasn't done. They charge "architectural" prices for amateur-hour mistakes. I’m now stuck with hours of labor to fix their sloppy manufacturing.

Cash business, unless you do an account. Helpful staff whether your project is big or small. Wood pricing is ok. Walnut was more expensive than competitors, but the mahogany was less expensive. Might fluctuate. Many options for wood, both domestic and exotic. They seem to mainly cater to contractors, just from my observations, and are not a standard retailer.
