Avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely NO customer service! These floors were installed in February 2022. Within a week they started failing. Within 6 months they looked mostly like they look now. Romanoff will do nothing. These were purchased through Home Depot and subbed out to Romanoff. The entire experience dealing with Romanoff was miserable but then to have the floors fail after all the struggle just to get the service I paid for-- absolutely miserable!
Amazing work! Finished our job in 2 days - took care of everything and were very flexible with our requests. Flooring looks great, they communicated every step and they cleaned up well!
Just had all of my upstairs carpeted by Romanoff Renovations. They did a fantastic job. We have a dual staircase and they were able to run the carpets in the most faltering way . It flowed into the upstairs hallway perfectly. They guys worked quickly and efficiently. They walk before and after to ensure I felt comfortable with the layout of the carpets. Overall best carpet installers around.
