My husband and I had the privilege to work with Lucino’s Construction Inc. for over a year on a complex construction. Lucino and his team helped construct a new ADU, along with a concrete custom deck and storage in our backyard. This construction/ expansion allowed us to utilize unused space on our property. Lucino’s expertise and keen eye for structural design helped us maximize the use of our property’s square footage. His proficiency in explaining structural design and the use of computer software allowed us to visualize our project in 3D, allowing us to make any changes we felt necessary prior to submitting plans. My husband and I appreciated Lucino’s constant communication. He gave us a clear understanding of what to expect throughout our project and educated us along the way on the choices we had with layouts and energy-efficient materials/appliances for the home. Lucino made it seemingly easy for us by mitigating all aspects of our job from drafting and producing our plans, to submitting and managing permits with the city. He worked closely with the soil engineer and the structural engineer and ensured our project was managed promptly. It was a pleasure working with you and your team Lucino!
