Floors on First

I was super pleased with my decision to have Floors on First replace my carpets upstairs and my flooring downstairs. Everyone that I spoke to was super professional and had thorough knowledge about their products. The install was completed timely with a focus on craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier.

Floors on first! Man, where to begin. First, the whole team is amazing. Responsible, responsive and friendly. The young lady who handles the office, Hillary, is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You want anything done, ask for her! Second, their products were fantastic. They did both my downstairs living room and upstairs floor and it’s been stupendous. Their installer was clean, efficient, quick and responsive. They offer flexible payment plans to help and don’t stop until your expectations are met. I’d recommend them any and every time! Need floors or carpet, there’s only one place in Benicia to call!

I highly recommend Floor on First. Rich was never high pressure annd I really appreciated that. He could not have been more helpful and understanding of our situation in picking carpet and flooring for our home. Laurie, who works in the office, helped me in picking the right color and style and has excellent taste. It really was a pleasure working with Floors On First.
