We've been putting off replacing our floors since we moved into our house 9 years ago. I chose this company based on great reviews and location. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to securing services like this but Ryan and Wayne made it a breeze. We stopped in and met with Ryan one day, almost immediately picked out the floor we liked and scheduled measurements. Ryan let us take a huge sample home so we could get an idea of how it would look and he picked it up when he came out to measure. Wayne answered all my questions via email and ordered all the materials once we agreed to the quote. The flooring we chose wasn't the cheapest and the labor was close to the same amount, but all in all it was about what I expected and seemed reasonable. About 6 weeks later, an opening came up and the crew was at the house right on time, and they finished in 2 days! They were quick, thorough, respectful of our home, and polite. I was surprised there was no deposit required and I went to the store 2 days after the job was done to pay up. Had a problem with my card and Wayne was so patient and understanding. I felt bad having to delay payment, but thankfully I got the issue sorted and was able to pay that day. We are going to eventually have our 2nd floors done and I won't hesitate to call Wayne and Ryan for our next flooring project!

Loved the floors and service from this store. We bought a new house that came with carpet unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Priced it at several stores and were very pleased with Benecia Flooring prices, service and no hassle salesmanship. They were fast and competent. Respectful and followed restrictions during COVID. Had a small issue with the stairs and they responded to our calls and sent someone out as soon as allowed (time restrictions because of COVID lock down when we first called). Great work and would definitely recommend them. Have had lots of positive comments on the floor from everyone from our movers to others who have seen it. We have shared their name with a lot of people! Also, big thanks to these guys for being willing to work the schedule so they could come in after we closed on the house — despite delays by the builder throwing off our dates — and get the flooring down prior to our move!!
