I could not be happier about the way I was treated by Kurt and ALL of his employees!! They were dependable, worked quickly and did a more than EXCELLENT job of cleaning our home of damaged areas. Several things were done out of kindness and respect. I have already told several friends to call them if they ever needed this type of service. I plan to call them again in the near future for additional service.GREAT JOB EVERYONE 💜

I mentioned to some friends I thought I had water seeping under a door to the outside, as the flooring was beginning to buckle up. This set off alarms as one of the friends was currently having work done by Redwood Restoration for mold damage at her house. I called immediately that afternoon and Kurt was able to schedule the free consultation first thing the next morning. I was very worried we would find mold. Luckily, I had NO mold, but it was discovered the floor was saturated randomly here and there all over! The entire floor had to be removed and replaced and dried out in between. The crew arrived the next day, working quickly, carefully and efficiently. Kurt is a very conscientious person noticing all the details. I mentioned that my deck was in need of major repair also, a safety hazard really, I was afraid to even walk on it anymore. No longer a problem, he dismantled it and hauled everything off to the dump, including miscellaneous other junk lying around that needed to go! Kurt went above and beyond my expectations and I felt his fees were quite reasonable. I will be hiring him for another project and highly recommend him to anyone who could use his services!

I figured most restoration companies would all be pretty much the same until I had Curt with Redwood Restorations come look at a project. Above and beyond is an understatement. His professionalism, knowledge, and passion to help others is second to none.
