Josh did a great job installing our new chandeliers. First one was missing a part, but he was able to solve that problem. Appreciate his attention to detail. Definitely using Pro Mend for future jobs we're getting too old to do ourselves.

Very clean work and on time. Communication from start to finish was on par and never left in the dark. They did a great job explaining the process. Will be my first call going forward.

I would not recommend this company. We paid extra to have our kitchen floor leveled before installation, but the floor is still noticeably uneven. On top of that, several of the boards are already lifting. Don’t let the 5-star reviews fool you like they did me. When I brought these issues to their attention, they blamed the subcontractor they hired instead of taking responsibility for the work completed under their company. As the company we hired and paid, I expected them to stand behind their work and ensure the job was done correctly. Very disappointing experience, especially after investing so much money into the project.
