From start to finish Gabe and his team were great. The difference in our floors is night and day (pictures to prove it).From the very beginning Gabe was never pushy and always let us choose what we liked. Gabe has the best knowledge on all floor types. They are very easy to talk to and will answer all of your questions with a single text or call. Their prep work is amazing Clayton demoed and disposed of all of our existing floors leveled our place to be perfect for the new floors. The guys are about their business. We encountered a small concern and I mentioned it to Gabe and with no questions or hesitation they came out and took care of it next day. We are going to keep Mascorro flooring for the rest of our flooring needs. They truly made our experience smooth and we couldn't be happier with their work!

I give a 5 +++ star review! We have waited to install floors for 10 years and after buying my home, we hired Mascorro Flooring and I couldn't be happier. Gabe was very prompt in his communication from the beginning to the end. I appreciate that. I live an hour out of the area and he showed up within a couple of days to do an estimate. I liked the way he listened to me and took into consideration all of my questions and concerns. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He's also trustworthy. My installer Clayton is a doll! He is such a great guy. He's very easy to work with. He's kind, considerate, and a hard hard worker. He is excellent at what he does we're very happy with his workmanship, which is top notch. He went out of his way to move things that we were supposed to with no complaints. We also trusted him to work alone in our home. After tearing the carpet and old floor up, there was several areas that needed more prep and leveling. They were able to get the supplies and work on it immediately. We were so glad for that! The floors are exceptional and they exceeded our expectations!! There are several areas in our home that needed brick and a hearth to be cut to put the floor in and they did an excellent and clean job. The baseboards are wonderful and super clean. We love our new floors!! We can't wait to have them come back and finish our bedrooms and bathrooms. I'll post pics asap!

Working with Mascorro Flooring was a great experience. The whole removing of tiles to laying our beautiful new floors went off without a hitch. Thankful that we decided to move forward with them. I will definitely use them again when we are ready to do our carpets upstairs.
