The team at Accent Carpet did such an amazing job on our home!! The team included Ignacio,Jesus, Julio and Fernando did an incredible job on the floors. The guys took their time and paid attention to details, and it turned out looking better than we could’ve possibly expected. Johnnie was our salesman and project manager and did an incredible job keeping us informed and helping us out the whole entire way. We are going to have some floors done at my shop and we will be using this team again. A+ and highly recommended.!!! These guys are studs and true craftsman

in 2021, we had Luisa help with a rush request to install carpet for our house to be ready for our move in in 3weeks . We met just once to see their inventory, then all others were via phone/text from catalogs/order/payment/scheduling.. went super smooth, we moved in with carpet ready. I esp appraise their customer service and after-sales service. Even after 4 yrs, Louisa greeted me and scheduled an excellent technician to re-stretch the bulging carpets in some areas. Free of charge and the schedule was in the same week as I called. Technician is great this time, got the job done with good result and vacuumed, super friendly guy! Louisa is the same friendly and efficient, thank you.

Over the years I became bored with my flooring upstairs. I decided I was going to replace it with something that I really loved.
