Mason came to diagnose my AC. He tried to find the leak. unfortunately it wasn't easily seen. He spent hours looking and didn't get frustrated or have a bad attitude. He went though all the options we had. He explained so that I could understand and answered all my questions and had patience. He made sure I understood and was comfortable. He is an amazing young man. I highly recommend Arctic Air!

Was absolutely blown away by their level of professionalism and workmanship. Mason came out and met me at my parents house for en estimate on two complete systems. He was able to explain the differences in the equipment they were choosing between in a way that was easily understandable. Install was clean and went exactly as they said it would. They ultimately went with the Bosch systems and they LOVE them. Carlos did an amazing job making sure everything came out nice and pretty for my mom.. Wouldn’t recommend any other company out here! Thanks Arctic!
