Finesse Carpet one Floor & Home

On may 28th of this year, when trying to leave the parking lot from the coffee shop I go to every morning, one of your vans was blocking the exit, I asked to get through and the guy sitting in the van doing nothing starts yelling for me to go away, find another way out and that “we own this parking lot”…. It’s a shopping center… I asked again and the old guy was cursing and yelling and flipping me off… some young skinny kid walked up and also flipped me off and started cursing. What a good look for your company… Then this happened today… I was confronted very aggressively by someone stating they were the owners today while having coffee at Roadside Coffee. Rude, finger pointing and told me to get off the property. I told him no, he doesn’t own the coffee shop then he got more aggressive verbally. He then called 911 stating that I was fighting him. When the cops arrived, he told them he spoke to the coffee shop owner and that the coffee shop owner stated I’m always a problem and he wants me trespassed too. I told the deputy to contact the coffee owner himself to verify. Coffee shop owner confirmed that I’m here daily, never a problem and he doesn’t want me trespassed. It all came down to the carpet business owner being upset about my original review. Wildly unprofessional and I’m shocked he’s still in business with his poor attitude. Not to mention the false 911 call and having 3 deputies show up for no reason. Happy to say I’m currently drinking coffee on the patio still. We are thrilled with the laminate flooring that was recently installed in several of our rooms. The two installers, Casey and Michael, were very professional and we enjoyed having them here for the several days it took to complete the installation. The two young ladies inside the showroom were very professional and helpful in assisting with our purchase.

Very professional staff. The owner came and took measurements nice gentleman. Waiting on installation will update then. UPDATE: If I could give more stars I would. Everyone was great. The installers Casey and Rich were great. I have indoor cats and they always made sure they were safe. I was worried about how the fireplace area was going to look because it's stone, Casey did a more than perfect job on this. I can't say enough good things. Thank you Brett, Casey, Rich, and Regina you'll always get high praise and recommendations from me.
