Prostone does exceptional work! I had Prostone visit twice on two different occasions. Once, to repair a severe split within a shower niche shelf. Second, to fix grout cracking due to the settling on a new 9 month old bathroom addition. Johnathan was the first service technician to visit a few months back. His work was exemplary in fixing the shower niche shelf! Last week, Calvin fixed all the cracks that I had highlighted with great care and precision! These gentlemen were very professional within my home. They wore shoe booties to protect my hardwood floors, left no trace of their materials behind, and Calvin even left Post it notes detailing to the day and hour of when the shower and vanity could be usable. Maria (office admin.) was always friendly and helpful in scheduling these repairs for me. I was unable to be on site when the technicians arrived but I entrusted Maria with the access to my home. Johnathan and Calvin even kept in communication with me via text of their arrival or if they were running late. I highly recommend Prostone for your service needs.

Prostone Services of Sunnyvale is an exceptionally fabulous company that I will go to every time. We were thrilled with their work. They did an amazing job restoring our quartz kitchen counter tops but even more impressive was how they handled a very large and ugly etching on the limestone floor caused by a major pomegranate juice spill. I didn’t think it was possible but the floor is now good as new. The team is as professional, meticulous in their work and in prepping the area to keep surroundings clean. They were polite and a pleasure to have around. Their pricing is very reasonable for such high quality work. They clearly have an old school sense of integrity and pride in their work. We would choose them again without hesitation. In fact they are coming back to fix our outdoor fireplace tiles that have fallen apart.

My tile/grout looks a lot better but not great after cleaning. When paying $500/hr for the cleaning, I expected GREAT. However, they returned to see if a hydrogen peroxide treatment would improve the grout color and were willing to reclean it all if a test showed improvement. Unfortunately the add'l treatment didn't help; my floor is showing its age.
