I would like to give this company a 5 star rating but communication with Vanessa and Gerardo has been non-existent after the final payment was made and very limited during bathroom remodel process. The remodel was done to my specs and initial conversations were very productive. I had specific needs for a disabled access bathroom and shower and final job was exactly what I requested, workers were friendly and clean and willing to work around our access and use of attached master bedroom. I would happily give the remodel a great rating because we are still excited every time we see and use our new bathroom! I just requested a final billing statement, for tax purposes, many times over the last several months without so much as one response from the owners. All emails, texts and phone calls went unanswered. Maybe this review will get a response.

Vanessa and Gerardo were very swift in getting us a quote and were very professional and could meet us at a very short notice. Vanessa was able to answer all our questions patiently over multiple meetings and calls despite being extremely busy. We highly recommend them.

We needed a quick remodel of our bathroom so we could list our house and found Bluejay on Neighborhood. We called after hours: Vanessa and Gerardo visited us the very next day, gave us a quote hours later and then completed the remodel, start to finish, in about two weeks. After hearing our preferences, it was so easy: they shopped the tiles, vanity, fixtures, shower doors, medicine cabinet, lights, fan, and paint and then brought the samples to us for selection or approval. Besides the flawless communication, what really impressed me about Bluejay was their crew. They showed up on time every day and worked diligently. As you would expect, there were different crew members for demo, tile, plumbing, electrics, etc. And even though the project was completed so very fast, the quality was still superb. That's why we couldn't be more satisfied and are willing to write this glowing review.
