this is not a builders office its about 12 squaters whom if u look at windows, you can clearly see people using this building to LIVE in…. at least 5. i work down street and driving past i see modelo, junk, car seats and beer cans outside along with trash all over the place. about 8 months ago this started as the building was vancant (sometimes we think we hear chickens and a roster from over the fence!) the grounds are littered with junk cars and it looks as tho theres some considerable damage being done to this building my work neighbors in our plaza are all under impression being used to live in as well as maybe a business ——— either way…. id recommend another contractor with a legit location
