Contractor 2.0

We had our countertops installed by them and couldn’t be happier! Esteban walked us through the whole process and got us on the schedule quick. His guys did an amazing job with the install. We could recommend them enough!

My wife and I are very pleased with our bath renovation. Everyone from Contractor 2.0 were friendly, well trained and professional. Esteban gave us a competitive estimate and the craftsmen, Alberto and Samuel did an excellent job on the demolition, repairs, plumbing, sheetrock and tub and tile work. The project started on time, the work was performed safely, cleanly and with speed. The whole job was even completed a day early. The Construction 2.0 team were simply great!

Esteban Molina was my general contractor for an extensive job of building an ADU onto the side of our 3-car garage. While the quality of his work was outstanding, my recommendation for Esteban as a general contractor has mostly to do with who he is as a person. It can mean everything to hire a contractor who you can trust. Esteban is a man of integrity, a man of his word. When there are inevitable bumps in the road of any substantial construction project, he is reasonable and generous in working things out to a mutually satisfactory solution. Esteban and his crew demolished the 3rd stall of our three car garage and then built out over the additional space on the RV slab. They constructed a brand new 450 ft.² studio apartment with an additional 200 ft.² of loft space. They demolished the old concrete slab and poured a new one assuring a solid foundation. My only source of frustration was the time that it took to complete the project, but much of that was outside of Esteban‘s control. There were delays that had to do with PG&E and city inspectors, for example. Furthermore, Esteban and his partner were our general contractors on a previous project 3 years ago when we did a major remodel of our kitchen and installed hardwood flooring throughout the house. Esteban is a dependable and very professional general contractor who does good work. I give him my recommendation!
