I purchased these floors a year ago and the cracks and peeling started appearing. I filed a claim and it was rejected. I am so upset I didn't read the reviews before I purchased this inferior product. It is a shame that Home Depot is recommending this flooring when the reviews are all similar to my own. I have an infant crawling around the house and these materials once they fail can be extremely harmful to a developing child. Extremely disappointed with the customer service as well. No one is taking ownership of the quality of the product. Warranty is not being honored - they offered to send me one box of planks only -when this installed in the majority of my house. Despite multiple reviews I don't see a resolution.

Purchased one of the "high end" products under the Bella Cera name. Less than two years old and the color difference between where the floor is covered versus uncovered is completely unacceptable. Our beautiful warm pecan color is highlighter yellow. There are areas that are rough because its like the finish was never applied. Evolution sent their "expert" who documented the color changes and reported back that everything was normal. The floor is supposed to look awful after 18 months. Would not recommend the flooring to someone I didn't like. We will be filing suit against them.

This company is amazing, Calvin saved the day on our flooring project. I needed to match hardwood from a few years ago. I called literally everywhere and could not get answers. I reached out to Calvin and he's getting us everything we need to complete our home in the timeframe we need. We are so incredibly grateful, thank you Calvin!
