From the first moment of my phone call to the store, Teresa Higgins went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. Right in the middle of the Christmas holiday, I needed to get new flooring in to a house I was selling, per the appraiser. With very little time to get it done, it wasn't looking good. Then I called Dick's Carpet One. Best thing I could have done. Teresa literally drove up to the property within the hour, measured and met me back at the store with samples and estimates all set. Paid for it, and left the store with installs scheduled and the whole problem solved! And, at a great price! Yuri did a fantastic job installing the hard surface floor and Steve followed up with a great carpet install, leaving that little house transformed. The new owner will be thrilled and I got them an entire new floor instead of "patching the old" per the appraisal requirement. What a great experience. I could not recommend the team at Dick's Carpet One more, they will give you choices and solve your new floor needs at a great price.

Dicks Carpet 1 installed laminate flooring in our new house. Selection and purchasing was straight forward, and their tech did a great job with the difficult elements of our install. Staff in the showroom are friendly, and the sales team is very knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough great things about this company or my experience. I found the carpet color/pattern I like online by pure luck. I called and spoke to salesman Jim to set up an appointment to take measurements. He was polite, accommodating and set my appointment up within a week of calling. The day of our appointment he gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way and brought carpet samples of the color I liked + more. Turns out there was an even better color on the swatch he brought that added more dimension to the carpet, and better matched the paint I like. Installation was scheduled and from the time the guys showed up to completion they were absolutely fantastic. They were great with my furniture, kiddos, and overall just great guys. Immaculate job. The before and after photos don’t look that different, but the new carpet is like walking on feathers, and it brightened up the room astronomically. 100/10 I would do business with or recommend them to anyone.
