Gavin replaced old siding and trim with Hardie fiber cement (primed for paint) on our apartment building in Mountain View, CA. The process from beginning to end was easy. From initial meet up and estimates, anticipating potential issues along the way, demo and hauling, ordering materials and scheduling his crew efficiently, coming up with ideas and solutions, and being on top of inspections and sign-offs with the city, Gavin and his team did a great job. I would be happy to work with Gavin again in the future.

We recently hired Gavin Construction to replace our entire house siding. Gavin's team was professional, punctual and paid close attention to details through out the project. Jose and team kept the worksite tidy at the end of the day. We also replaced our windows with new Milgard V400 Tuscany series windows installed. We could tell the difference inside the house before and after the installation. We couldn't be happier with the results of the project.
