Located conveniently around the corner where we were renting in Santa Clara, we were able to check on the inventory often. Juan greeted us right away and took care of us from beginning to end; he even came to on-site to ensure everything was installed as we had discussed. Their team was fast, honest, and professional; my friends and family were all surprised that they removed, installed carpet, vinyl planks, and baseboards for ~1700 sqft, and hauled away all in ONE day! I was a skeptic to believe the reviews at first, always waiting for a catch, but there was no catch and no surprises. I had a lot of questions as a first time homebuyer, and every question was answered with patience and honesty. Not only do they have the best price, they also have best selection and best people! Will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Off Price Carpet & Flooring from now on, I hit the jackpot twice!

I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered carpet, and they wasted 4 days of my time. First, they scheduled a measurement appointment. Someone came to measure, but after that, they stopped answering calls. In the end, they told me the carpet I wanted was already sold. But when I visited the store earlier, they said it was available. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this place.
