Vince was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain different flooring materials, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose what would work best for our home. I went back multiple times to look at options and bring home samples, and every single time I felt welcomed. Vince was always patient, professional, and generous with his knowledge, which made a stressful process much easier. I also especially want to thank James who delivered our flooring. Our house has a very steep downhill slope from the street to the garage, and we assumed we would have to move all the heavy flooring ourselves because we didn’t think delivery into the garage would be possible. But James was so thoughtful and didn’t want us to have to do that. He carefully made multiple attempts to get the materials down the slope and into our garage safely — which looked incredibly difficult and not easy at all. James handled it professionally and safely. I really appreciated the extra effort and care he put in. Great service from start to finish. We had such a positive experience with both the sales and delivery team, and I highly recommend Kapriz Floor Store.

Kapriz's selection and staff are outstanding. We used them to source our hardwood floors for a recent whole home remodel. Although we did not purchase our cabinets through them, they also carry (and display) them (BOXY) which we found very helpful in selecting our floors. We visited the store many times over a period of months and every time we appreciated how honest, helpful, and not pushy their staff were. We always came away from our conversations with clarity on what was information vs what was opinion, and both were very helpful in our final decision. Purchasing and delivery process was also very smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Had a need for some 2 inch hardwood flooring that needed to be replaced. I called them and spoke with Vince. He took the time to understand my needs. When I went to visit, he let me take home a sample to make sure that I was purchasing the correct product. I ended up getting the wood. Although it was a small ticket order, Vince provided great customer service throughout. I never leave reviews, but will start to support local businesses that think focus on providing great customer service and a non-intimidating experience. Thank you Kapriz.
