WARNING! DO NOT choose anything with variations with them. We bought a new townhouse and picked upgrades here. Everyone was great and helpful when we visited. After we decided all upgrades, the designer showed us a few finished kitchen pictures and suggested us to upgrades our kitchens with them which we were not planning to. I have to say the pictures look great. The designer said our kitchen will look great since they will be using the whole slab, and it will be so beautiful, and we agreed to add 15k for that. However, the sample materials they have in the studio are totally different from what they used in our unit. We were shocked when we saw the outcome. They didn’t give us any chance to see the slab before they installed it. The way they put it together is funny, too. It’s totally different from what they showed us in pictures. Also, we realized the designer lied to us! She said we have to upgraded both backsplash and countertop with the same material for the material we chose. I got to know it’s not true when I asked for help on Houzz after installation. People shared their experiences using the same material having different backslash. When we reported the issue to the design studio, they keep saying there is nothing wrong with the material or the finish work which is ridiculous! We spent 15k for the kitchen and felt extremely disappointed. Pictures below are what we got. The last a few pictures are what they shown to us, and the last one is the samples we picked In the studio. You can compare the outcome and the sample pieces. Avoid this place if you can. You will be spending $$$$ money for $ quality result.

Worst experience ever. Amount of money I spent, I should have had immaculate results!! They damaged stuff, floor Uneven! I I don’t recommend this Company at all. When I called to have them correct Things that I saw problems with, They made every excuse possible not to. Stay away from this company.. I have documentations of people’s names and phone number that I spoke and dealt with. My floors creek almost in the whole house. Huge gaps on the stairs.. lousy job. When Ken came out to look at the horrible work.. he made every excuse possible.. basically he is trained to screw people over!!!

Overpriced, overpriced, overpriced, and unhelpful. We decided to save money by having the builder put in the standard, which we will rip out and put in what we picked at the design center, for 1/3 the price. About them being unhelpful - we asked very specific questions about the finishes. The answers we got reached from, "I don't know" to "ask the home sales associates". Do your homework before you go in, and expect to be shocked by the price.
