Short of doing a special order, I went to FL to see if they happened to have anything in stock that would work. He found some stairnose that would work, it was old stock, and he just gave it to me because they were trying to just get rid of it. Way to go Jordan. Thats how you foster good customer relations. Will I go there to make additional purchases? You bet! The company should be glad to have this guy working for them. And it matched perfectly to boot!
