We had a big job on our hands: knocking down our little bungalow and rebuilding a much bigger house was going to require a special contractor and we found him. Cal Coast Construction was great to work with. The owner, Caleb took on our project even though he already had a full schedule, and from the start he really cared about getting everything right. He stayed in touch with us throughout the project, explained things clearly, and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. We especially appreciated how he caught potential problems early before they turned into bigger issues or extra expenses. His crew was professional and paid attention to the details, the job site stayed clean, and the finished work turned out really well. Caleb clearly expects a lot from himself and his team, and it shows in the final result. We’d definitely recommend Cal Coast Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in doing quality work. He has an infectious laugh too, and is very easy to communicate with, never taking anything personal, not like other hotheaded contractors I have worked with in the past.

Ive used this company on multiple projects and remodels over the years. Fast, efficient, quality work at a very competative ( even a few discounted) bids and T&M jobs. They did some amazing tile work in our hallway and kitchen, remodeled our Master Bedroomw, did a custom pearlescent/pattern paint job in master bath, Italian marble floors in both bathrooms, installed a jacuzzi tub. Everything was on budget and the jobs were immaculate. The owner not only stays highly visible throughout each stage of the project but often works directly with the crews, especially newer employees, to stay on time and on budget. He often does extra work at no extra cost to show his gratitude for the business. He guarantees his work, and I have never had an issue or concern that he didn't immediately address to my complete satisfaction. I do periodic competitive bids against his, with other companies, just because it's a good business practice, but Cal Coast Construction inevitably returns the best bang for my buck. He is a family man who understands and will recommend the best way to make your remodel affordable. Cant say enough...

We originally hired Caleb for interior painting, but he did such a great job that we kept finding more projects for him. What started as paint quickly turned into updating doors, baseboards, flooring, and fixtures throughout the house. His attention to detail is outstanding, and he has a great eye for what will make a space look more modern without overdoing it. The upgrades completely transformed our home and made it feel fresh, updated, and much more high-end. Caleb is easy to work with, communicates well, keeps a clean job site, and genuinely cares about the final result.
