Poor communication and unprofessional manners. I called Bogdan for carpet repair at a house I had been renting. We scheduled an appointment for the next day but he never showed up. I tried to call him throughout the evening. He did not answer and his voicemail is not set up so I could not leave a message. I have not had a call back.
Ive had Bogdan do several bathrooms with vinyl and a few bedrooms with carpet, he works fast, is affordable and interesting to talk to. His last bill was so low I honestly thought he had forget a digit at first!
