American Wholesale Flooring

The contractor I hired to replace the flooring in the majority of our home obtained the flooring material from this company. I went with a more expensive option to ensure I would be getting a better product. Unfortunately that was not the case. The flooring provided is some of the worst material I have ever seen. The floors are coming apart, chipping and peeling. This started just a few days after installation and has only gotten worse. The boards are coming apart throughout the home and not in one specific location (no traffic, low traffic and high traffic areas). Tried filing a complaint with BBB but they are not listed and the installer who recommended their products is unresponsive.

American Wholesale Flooring treated us like we were family. They saved us the cost of taxes and sold our beautiful floor ‘below’ cost!! This helped our budget immensely!! We were able to put it in ourselves, but if we needed help, we would have trusted them to refer us to a capable service. We absolutely love Judy, and how she helped us choose a floor ‘exactly’ right for our lifestyle. She really knows her products and her expertise shows. We are returning for another job this year and look forward to working with her again.

Was shopping around for hardwood and spoke to Judy here and she got very moody and mad because I also got a quote at her competitor. So she refused to sell me anything. I guess the lesson here is if your trying to find the right flooring for your house you aren’t allowed to shop around. Very unprofessional and I’m never referring anyone here.
