Monschein Cabinets

These people did a terrible job installing cabinets for our new home. The vanity drawer was not aligned properly and it did not slide in and out properly. Another drawer had a screw stuck in the rail and it was causing issues too. They came out twice to inspect the issues and couldn’t fix it. I had to took matter to my own hands to remedy this because they refused to come out to fix the problems they created. Terrible company.

Always try to use local I called to set up appointment for estimate and couldn't get a call back so than I talked to the manager and she was very nice we set up a time and he showed up was very curt and spent 5 minutes with me and said I will email you the estimate. We'll still waiting. Very unprofessional IL spend my $7000.00 dollars elsewhere 🙄

Worst Customer Service from "Sales Manager" Erik Tavares. My kitchen was delayed, unfinished, and it was missing pieces on the date of the delivery. I reached out to Erik and he was rude and unresponsive about my concerns. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked if there was someone else that can help me other than him and he responded that he was the top manager and on one else could me me with my issue. Cabinets look great; however, the service is horrible! I chose Monschein because It was a large company; however, it turned out worst than dealing with a Mom & Pop shop. Do not use this company for your cabinet needs!
