We contacted the company with questions for updating our bathroom plus more, and Juan Carlos was very knowledgeable and professional with all of the information. He explained the process from beginning to end and always kept us updated at every stage of the job. JCM Construction transformed our backyard into a dreamscape. They are a locally, family owned and operated business and the owner, Carlos is a General Contractor that handled all our needs. Carlos found all the right people to build our custom ADU (cottage/suite), pool and landscaping while personally overseeing and performing much of the work himself. He took our ideas from sketches on paper, our clipped pictures from Pinterest, made suggestions, filled in the blanks and really delivered. We couldn't be happier with the result. 10/10! JCM tended to every aspect of our projects, from working with architects, engineers, permitting, plumbing, foundations, framing, electrical, HVAC, custom cabinets, flooring, stucco, painting, tiling, installation of appliances, landscaping, our pool and spa, custom gate, drip irrigation and all inspections too.
