Very honest and reasonable gentleman to deal with regarding flooring and tile options for small town Red Bluff. The bathroom photo a project he donated all the materials for it to help a gentleman who was recently handicapped. Great business to work with.
Installer showed up two hours late. Was told it was a one day install but took two full days. Walls and baseboards were damaged, all seams are visible and edges look horrible. Was told it would be fixed but several months later and they have not sent any one out to fix it. They are very kind in the store but once they have your money you don't matter anymore. Owners are also leaving themselves good reviews to make themselves look better. Should have went with Home Depot.
Scott was very knowledgeable about the carpet we chose. Randy took his time and installed it over two days, making it as perfect as possible. He was quite careful - truly a Master Craftsman!
