We had a fantastic experience with Jim and his team at Morgenroth Development over about a year and a half. They handled several major projects for us, including complete remodels of both bathrooms (down to the studs) and a full kitchen renovation that required reinforcing the roof rafters based on an engineering study. They also built a small back deck for us. Jim was wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, and organized—and his crew and subcontractors were outstanding. We especially appreciated the specialists he brought in for painting, electrical, custom cabinets, tile work, and wood flooring.
