Kyvos renovated my kitchen with a complete tear down and replace. Niko has been in this business for a long time, so he knows everyone. We wanted to get floors replaced, he had a guy. We wanted to get a custom bench made, he knew a guy. The amount of knowledge and connections he had saved me a lot of time and effort. He was always reachable by phone and text anytime I had questions and concerns. I’m very happy I hired Kyvos to complete my renovation and I recommend him for anyone who wants a general contractor who can handle any request. I’d Niko again for any future work as well.

I’m extremely happy with our home remodeling project. The team was punctual every day, respectful of our home, and very transparent about costs. They worked within our budget without cutting corners, which really shows their honest work ethic. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, and these guys delivered. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Please be aware that my review keeps getting deleted, therefore I am sure other negative reviews are also getting deleted. I do not recommend Kyvos Construction. We terminated our contract with Kyvos Construction for a home expansion project due to material breach and project abandonment. As of December 2025, this contractor is the subject of an active Contractors State License Board (CSLB) investigation regarding our project. We are currently pursuing a bond claim and legal remedies.
