Flooring Liquidators

I would recommend ordering cabinets from somewhere else. We paid for a cabinet order in early December and by mid-February, we have still not received our order. From the Arroyo Grande Store to the Warehouse in Modesto to the Regional Rep - we've been told countless times that folks are investigating and will call us back, but then communications stop and it's up to us, the customer, to try to find some other route to get answers. What does it take to get our money back? Our project has now been delayed by six weeks and counting, and with no end in sight.

We had a few quotes for cabinets all in the same range but we ordered cabinets from flooring liquidators as the AG store was closest to home, the staff at this store were very friends but it has been 7 weeks since we placed our order and we still do not have our cabinets or an ETA on when they will be available... it has pushed our project back a whole month and communication with the cabinet person Isaac has been horrible. He has apologized many times but has not resolved our situation or provided any concrete ETA on delivery.

Extremely unhappy with the service we received today. We were told yesterday our countertop and a few other items had come in so we went in on a Saturday to get it (this was oked by the slo store) and was told no one was there to load it and the other items were there. Annoying but things happen. The issue that was unacceptable was how the employee yelled at my husband while I was on the phone trying to clarify that the other items weren’t there. I tried calling the store and no answer. The San Luis store answered my call and was extremely apologetic but had their hands tied since they have no jurisdiction over the other store even though we ordered the material from the San Luis store. We do a lot of work with this company and were disappointed by this experience and how we were treated.
