We hired Emmanuel to do an addition to our home in the historical district of Point Richmond. Permitting was time consuming and a hassle but Emmanuel and his crew did great work once everything was approved. The project took a little longer than planned, but we are happy with the quality of work. I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but working with Emanuel was overall a very positive experience. There were hiccups as with any large project, but he was responsive to any changes that needed to be made. I have referred him to friends and would recommend his work without hesitation.

We did two projects with Emanuel. In 2023, we had a backyard project that included removal of soil and building patio area for a hot tub and stairs. This summer in 2024, we started our 2nd project which involved an addition of a bathroom and closet space including flooring in family room and a sliding door and window in the master bedroom and some other work around the house. Emanuel handled the permit and passed all the inspections including working with the structural engineer and the soil engineer. We just obtained our final inspection sign off on the addition and all the work. My wife and I are very happy with Emanuel and his team. His patience and flexibility with all my changes and requests and attention to details and he cares about the quality work his team does. We definitely recommend Emanuel and his team if you have a project around the house. We will work with him on future projects. Great work and honest contractor.

Emmanuel and his team did a fantastic job on our renovation project. We hired him to update and expand our kitchen and add a bedroom and full bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out and have already received so many compliments from our friends and neighbors. Emmanuel was dependable and supportive throughout the entire project. He helped us through the permit process, patiently answered all of our questions, and was quick to address any concerns. His prices were also very reasonable. He really worked with us to make our dream home a reality. A truly honest and standup guy!
