I highly recommend Abbey Carpet of Petaluma. The team makes the entire process smooth and stress free. I have worked with them on many projects over the last 6 years. All of the salespeople in the store are easy to work with and eager to help, Brittany & Maryann especially. The installers are always professional and efficient. Cesar & Antonio pay great attention to detail and leave things neat when they are finished. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service & the final outcome & highly recommend Abbey Carpet to anyone looking for quality flooring and a great team to work with.

I came in today looking for a piece of carpet remnant. Brittany the design consultant insisted on showing me the remnant section, even though all I needed was a small piece of carpet to repair a silly cat tree. When Brittany was told what I needed the remnant for, she went in the back and found me the absolute perfect size piece to do the job. To top it off, she refused to take any money for it which is really going above and beyond in my opinion. My family purchased carpet from Abbey back in the 80s I believe. We no longer have that house, but if I’m ever in need of carpeting again, I will definitely call on Brittany and Abbey Carpet. Brittany Burke was our consultant and handled our order. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. She made everything easy. We’d be happy working with here any time. And, I cannot say enough about the installers. Cesar and Antonio did a masterful job. They worked incredibly hard, they consulted with us on any decisions needed, and the results of what the did was remarkable (some of it almost artistic). Really, really outstanding work!!
