First met with Luis. Luis came to my house to give me an estimate. Real warm and friendly person, no pressure and explained the cleaning process for my carpets. The day of the cleaning the gentleman arrived early kind of catching me off guard because people nowadays are never early #1 and #2 I still had to vacuum. Everything worked out well. All my questions were answered during the service. I received a call from Luis after the work was completed as a followup. This was a great experience for me and I would definitely recommend Luis and his company to anyone. Luis is a top professional tile cleaner and restorer. He has done my floor twice now and each time it looked like a brand new floor. He thoroughly cleans the tile and grout and applies a sealant that helps prevent dirt from discoloring the floor. He is always on time and works quickly and efficiently. His communications are timely and thorough. He is extremely responsive and values me as a customer. He even sends reminders to me for my next cleaning. Highly recommend this company.

First time using their services but it definitely won’t be my last! I sent a Facebook message and they responded in less than 30 minutes. I contacted him on Monday, scheduled an appointment for that Friday but a last minute changes of plans happened and they were able to come the following day! I was shocked to say the least but very thankful! We bought a house and wanted the carpets done before moving in. After Luis was finished, I can’t even describe how fresh the house smells and how beautiful our carpet looks! Luis kept me updated the entire time about arrival time and even sent me a message when he was done.
