CA Permits & Design

To say that Mali with CA Design and Permits transformed our bathrooms would be an understatement. When we bought our home, the bathrooms were a travesty. Multiple failed DIY projects and a lack of maintenance led to a mishmash of exposed drywall patches and leaky faucets. We knew we wanted something different that reflected our personal style but weren’t quite sure how to get there. Mali listened to our ideas, reviewed the space and came back with designs that were so much more then we expected. For each bathroom she gave us options; two more traditional and one that pushed the boundaries. We chose the boundary pushing options for both bathrooms. Not only did she get the aesthetics right, but she also helped to reimagine the spaces so that we could get pantries in both. I so glad we had the opportunity to work with her. I had a great experience working with Mali to design-build our bathroom remodel. She helped us narrow down the options to the style we wanted, select all finishes and materials, and visualize everything with 3D renders. She took care of the permitting and worked with the construction company to execute the remodel and make sure the design is properly implemented. I enjoyed the process and was able to avoid the stress that often comes with construction. Overall I am very happy about this project and how things turned out.
