I called Andrey Kolyadich after receiving a flyer in my Folsom paper. He returned my call quickly and came out within two days. I liked him from the start but went ahead and got 3 more estimates. Andrey's was the best by far and our schedule aligned with his. He kept me in the loop constantly and listened to all my ideas and concerns. I'm the past I've had many contractors dismiss my ideas and do what they wanted. Andrey's team started early and finished on time. We got to know his team well and they were terrific with our dog as well. The team was also great at protecting our floors and cleaning up after themselves. Andrey checked the work daily and his team took care of all our concerns. I love my new kitchen and pantry.

Renvo built our ADU. We are very happy with the results. They transformed our ugly, overgrown dog yard into a beautiful, inviting, relaxing modern indoor /outdoor living space perfect for entertaining, having house guests including elderly guests with its curbless showers and ramp. With its expansive windows and beautiful porch, the ADU optimizes our view of our pond and large yard. The area went from awful to exquisite- all due to the design and construction skills of Andrey K, Andrey T, and their skillful crew. Their tile work and use of lighting is top tier! We are very impressed.

We had two large and deep niches in our family room, and it took me a few months to find a contractor who could convert those niches into beautiful and stylish part of the room. When I contacted Andrey, he immediately came up with ideas for the project implementation and evaluated the scope of work, the price, and the timeline. I love that he and his team took care of everything from A to Z: they made niches more shallow, created beautiful brick back walls, built beautiful wooden shelves with integrated light, and took care of all electrical work. It was a pleasure to work with Andrey and his team: they were great in communication and very respectful to the house. I definitely will have a business with them again for my future projects.
