Ming Hardwood Floor

Ming Hardwood Floors is a 10/10 for service and quality! We were looking for someone to replace bedroom carpet with wood flooring and to refinish wood floors in our home. I got quotes from 5 different folks and made a great decision when we went with Jimmy from Ming Hardwood floors. We chose Ming Hardwood floors for multiple reasons - Jimmy was communicative and timely. It was clear he was both an expert with wood floors and also concerned about our opinions for our home. Jimmy was the only one to ask our thoughts on trim between the floors and the wall. Jimmy was the only one to ask about the width of flooring and explain if we wanted to match the smaller width in the main living area, that it would take more time to get the wood in stock. When it came to refinishing the hardwood floors in the rest of the home, Jimmy advised us of various options, even though providing options netted him less than a full refinish would. Jimmy was also the quickest on providing a quote and his pricing was very competitive and reasonable. On to the work - Jimmy provided a timeline and stuck to it. He would always text a day before arrival and showed up when he said he would. He was careful with laying material to protect our flooring, and he cleaned up well after the work. The wood floors he laid in the bedrooms are beautiful. The work he did to lightly refinish the main floors are also beautiful. Whenever there was a question related to the work, he would reach out and ask our opinions - he never made decision unilaterally. In sum - we're so happy with the quality and service Jimmy provided. He was easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommended!

Jimmy is the best!! I never did any reviews before and this is the first time! His great work really motivated me to write the review. He is so skilled and talented hard wood floor contractor. He is very patient as well. My husband is very detail oriented and kind of picky. I am so glad my husband is so happy with Jimmy’s work. I will definitely refer Jimmy to my friends. Jimmy and his family are amazing! They do a great job restoring our old hardwood floors including fixing the squeaking and replacing broken floorboards. Their rates were also very reasonable for the area and they were very objective with their assessment, talking us out of replacing our floors altogether. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to restore or put in new flooring!
