In 2022 we completed a full renovation of our 1971 ranch-style home with Millennial Development Inc. Our home had never been updated, and we hired Richard and his team at the recommendation of our architect for: removing three interior walls, removing a fireplace, adding two windows, completely relocating the kitchen from the center of the house to the side, and creating a new enclosed entryway. From the start, Richard was great! We were working within a modest budget for a project of this scale, and his willingness to prioritize and find genuine efficiencies was invaluable. Richard used his extensive background as a former inspector to ensure everything was done to a high standard which even 4 years later we are finding has stood up to the wear and tare of a family of 5 including 2 high energy boys. That expertise really showed during our inspections. In a standout moment, the Novato city inspector actually asked to take a photo of some of their work. She mentioned it was one of the only times she had seen a particular segment done correctly the first time and wanted to use the photo as an example to show other builders "what right looks like."
