Swanson Construction built us a detached custom garage with adjoining excersize room and bathoom. Matt, the principal builder, is honest and an expert in construction. He worked from architectural drawings to organize and manage the project. Although not on the plan he added the necessary framing for a custom sliding barn door that we asked for when he was framing the excersize room. Matt brought other experts to do the underground work to route sewer out to the sewer main, and also bring electrical and water utilities to the building. He supervised the project and helped level the terrain for the driveway as well as place heavy beams into the structure. Matt can be trusted to make a quality precise structure. He puts attention to every detail. I highly recommend Matt and Swanson Construction.
