We just placed an order. They were very accommodating and holding the product til we are ready. Everyone has be great. It's been a smooth process and so many choices. We are excited to get started soon

Bought floor a year ago from here, really bad quality but floor plus asked us to go to the floor manufacturing shop directly. The manufacturing shop insisted it’s not their problem, it’s natural to have “wear and tear”. I don’t think i have seen such bad quality floor before, and it’s not cheap either. Won’t come back again
