United Flooring-Carpet One

I am so glad I heard of this place! They came and fixed our carpet for us in multiple areas. Not only did they do a great job, the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using them for our all of our flooring needs from now on!

They listened to what I needed and offering knowledgeable suggestions instead of pushing the most expensive option. Installation was smooth, punctual, and the crew kept the work area tidy throughout the process. The finished floors look fantastic and have completely refreshed the space.

This company gets zero stars! Purchased $3,800 worth of tile and received defective, cracked, and wrong product within my order. They realized that part of my order went to another customer whom left my tile in the rain! They wanted me to sign a release of liability stating there was no water damage, but I refused as they can't guarantee that! Now the company refuses to take responsibility and exchange/return the product. Very poor customer service and fraudulent business! I highly recommend using another company for your project!
