Pulido Custom Concrete did a great job with the concrete work at my house two years ago. Fabian always answered my questions and really went the extra mile. But when they worked on my mom’s house recently, things didn’t go as smoothly at first. The biggest problem was communication. Fabian knew about some issues, but didn’t let us know. If he had told us, it would have helped a lot. Instead, we had to text back and forth to figure out the details and schedule follow-up appointments. I understand he was probably busy with other jobs, but better communication would have made things easier. Still, Fabian fixed everything and made sure my mom was happy with the final result.
