From the support we got in the showroom to select our floor materials, the home visit to assess our needs with Amanda, and the installation by James. I couldn't be happier to get rid of our old carpet and wood floor and replace it with a gorgeous newly engineered floor. It pulled our front room and kitchen together. Thank you for a job well done!
Ray, Paul and the entire crew were so helpful and professional through the planning process, removing carpet, and then installing new luxury vinyl flooring in our home. There was a great deal of attention put into their work and especially so with our custom request for our staircase! Had a couple details we asked to fix and the crew did so quickly. The entire Floor Store experience was beyond exceptional!!!! Jesse’s knoeledge and management was great. Kirk and JR installed the flooring and it looks gorgeous. Their respect and organization allowed our living to be easy and they were so kind and a joy to have around. I would highly recommended all of them.
