Dan and his crew replaced the siding on my detached 2 story barn style garage and did a great job. He had to battle weather issues since I waited so long to replace the siding, and he easily worked with me when I had special requests / upgrades I wanted done in the middle of the project. We used Hardie lap siding and Hardie board and batten and he did a great job on both installs. Highly recommend his work and he had great prices compared to other contractors.

We were hired by Dan to do some brick work on a project of his, and we were very pleased with how he executes his projects. He does work the right way, on time, and to specification. Dan Cotton & his crew replaced windows at our rental home in spring of 2023. Our experience was excellent. His contract was thorough, prices reasonable, he always returned calls & always showed up when expected. He kept the tenant informed and was very professional. Most importantly the windows look great & have been trouble free. He also had to replace some siding after discovering some rot. Again, walked us through the problem, & completed the repairs beautifully & on schedule. I would definitely recommend his services!
