I LOVE my new floors from Accent Carpet One! George was able to meet me at my new house on my schedule, quickly provide a quote, and then install before moving day on a quick turn around. Thank you, George and team, for making this process smooth and for your excellent customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM LODI STORE. If you’re looking for local flooring, do not buy from here. If I could give the experience a 0 star I would. I want to start off but saying, DO not trust George. He comes Off as a sweet old man who is a middle man to a business, but instead will lie to you in order to make a dollar off you. Money driven, selfish employee. The manager Janet is hands down the worst customer service manager I’ve talked to while being extremely unprofessional when talking about my situation. My “situation “. George came by gave me a quote for a certain amount regarding labor, material, and price or flooring. I had 0 issue with the labor pricing but was not happy with the flooring cost at $3.15 per sq foot. I told George I would talk with the wife and get other quotes in the mean time. I eventually found the exact same flooring online for $2.74 per sq foot and called George back the next day to ask if they could match or meet me closer to the $2.74. George stated let me call Janet, which approximately 30 minutes later called me back and said “how about $2.84 per sq foot.”. I said sounds great I’d love to come by tomrrow and sign paper work. The next day I called in he morning and talk to Louis, he leaves a “message” for George to call Me back. George does not call me back , so I decide to call back again in the afternoon. Louis answers again and leaves a “message” for George to call Me back. George does not call me back so I call again after work, George finally answers and states “oh ya I was just calling you. “ George says he crunched more numbers and said my final price is approximately 11k..I asked George what happened to our $2.84 agreement between Janet and you that we agreed on, George stated, I can’t make any money off that price so I think it’s a better idea if you find somewhere else to install flooring or meet me at the 11k. After going back and forth with this sweet old man, it was very clear he backed out of his word and offer. I then asked to speak with Janet who is in charge of this location . As I got on the phone with Janet it was very clear that she wanted no part in helping her customer and she also started “George gave you the numbers, I can’t help you”. Janet also recommended me to find somewhere else to install flooring as she wanted 0 part in helping me find the right price for the job. I asked Janet if she could look at the numbers George and her agreed on and see why the numbers changed to which Janet stated” I’m off in 3 minutes you got to be kidding me if I’m doing that.” This is one of the most hands down worst experience I’ve had in the Lodi area. I wanted to keep my business local and support the local companies, but it is very clear that this company is smoke and screens, and they just want your money. You can find ANY of their flooring on other websites for half the price or even a quarter of the price. Take your time when choosing the right company and also flooring. We just had new carpet put in. We were very happy with the job. The guys that installed the carpet, were very polite and they got the job done quick. George, listened to what we were looking for. It was a smooth process. We are very happy with the carpet that we chose. We will definitely go back and do business with them in the future. We will recommend this business to other people.
