This review is long overdue, but I want to sincerely thank Kraficitican for the amazing job they did designing two bathrooms in our new home several months ago. Tara and Andrea were incredibly personable and easy to work with— it genuinely felt like working with longtime friends! They were also extremely patient throughout the entire process, especially as I went back and forth for months trying to finalize the design for our master bathroom. Their guidance, creativity, and attention to detail made all the difference, and the end result turned out absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have done it without them! Seriously! Tom and Tara helped us pick out some amazing countertops and backsplash. Tara worked with me on the phone multiple times to find the perfect fit, and had great product knowledge. The installation went perfectly and they even cleverly covered up an error the cabinet guy made in his plans. Highly recommend them.

I purchased a granite slab for a kitchen remodel and floor tile for a bathroom remodel on two separate occasions. I had great experiences for both visits. Tom & Tara did a great job in listening to what my wife and I believed we were looking for design-wise. They then helped guide us through many different options to help achieve our design. I also appreciated that they suggested other material options that we had not known were available to even consider. Thank you again!
