This is my fourth custom build, and while communication with builders can often present challenges, the Elite Builder Services team—led by Julie Graves and Melissa Mahanke—was exceptionally prepared and welcoming. Julie provided authentic guidance that helped me make well-informed decisions throughout the process. I recently had the opportunity to walk through the home and would highly recommend this group for their design services; their expertise is evident. I am particularly attentive to finishes, and the attention to detail on this project was outstanding. While the tile and hardwood flooring are excellent, the craftsmanship on the high-end quartzite countertops is truly remarkable. My wife and I are incredibly impressed with the results. Used them to change over carpet to laminate upstairs. They were easy to work with. The work itself was done well but we had some issues with their workers causing some minor damage to the home. We realize that home projects are rarely perfect but it’s the customer service which defines the experience. Our account executive handled our concerns professionally, which is why I would recommend the company and would use them again for any future projects.
